Welcome to Elvira's Outreach
Our Mission
Elvira’s Outreach exists to meet people where they are by providing compassionate, consistent, and comprehensive outreach to individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty, and housing instability.
Through mobile and in-house outreach, a community pantry, clothing and supply closet, case management, and street outreach, we provide essential resources while connecting individuals to services and pathways toward greater stability and independence.
We provide resources. We build relationships. We connect people to opportunity. We restore hope.
