Our Mission
At Elvira’s OutReach, we are dedicated to transforming lives in the food desert corridor of Mapleton Fall Creek and Near North Gateway to Golden Hill. Our mission is to empower individuals and families in Indianapolis by providing essential resources to those facing adversity. We focus on supporting low-income families, single mothers with young children, and those experiencing homelessness or hardship, ensuring they have access to nutritious food, basic toiletries, winter wear, and vital community resources. Since January 2024, we have distributed over 300 bags of non-perishable food and countless cases of diapers and wipes, making a meaningful impact in the 46205 and 46208 areas. Together, we strive to foster hope and resilience in our community, one family at a time.
